Womb Meditation

Listening Practice

Begin by sitting or lying down in a quiet space where you feel safe and supported. Place your hands gently below your navel, connecting to your womb space (whether you have a physical womb or not, this energy center exists). Close your eyes and take three deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and with longer exhalations through the mouth with a sigh. Feel the support of the ground beneath you. Imagine roots growing from your body into the earth, anchoring you. Bring your attention to your womb space. Return your breath into the space below your navel. Imagine your breath creating space and warmth within your womb. With each inhale, visualize golden or soft pink light filling your womb. With each exhale, imagine releasing any stagnant energy or tension through your breath. On each exhale, silently say: “I release what no longer serves me.” As you exhale, visualize anything you’re ready to let go of (emotions, memories, or energetic imprints) flowing out and dissolving into the earth. If emotions arise, allow yourself to feel them fully. Imagine the earth receiving and transforming them into neutral energy. Shift your focus to your inhale. With each breath in, silently say: “I reclaim my power, my creativity, my vitality.” Visualize dynamic energy returning to your womb space. Feel it pulsating with life, creativity, and potential. Affirm: “My womb is a source of inner wisdom.” “I am whole.” “I am powerful.” “I create life & joy within me.”

Rest in stillness for a moment. Place your left hand over your heart & your right hand below your navel, connecting your heart and womb. Breathe deeply and feel gratitude for these sacred spaces within you. When ready, wiggle your toes, your fingers then, gently open your eyes and move your body in the ways it wants to move.

This meditation invites a deeper connection to the womb, supporting emotional release and the reclamation of inner strength, creativity, and peace.

“The uterus is the woman’s center; if it is out of balance, everything in her life physically, emotionally and spiritually, will be out of balance.”
